The Barrel Rack proudly backs our products. If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with any item you receive we will gladly replace the defective product or refund your entire purchase price.
Returns & Exchanges
Prior authorization is required to return product.
Customers may be required to return product to The Barrel Rack at his or her own expense. The Barrel Rack will satisfy reasonable customer requests to replace or return product and/or resolve other concerns within 90 days from the invoice date.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization by The Barrel Rack.
How to Request Return Authorization

Return of New Items
The Barrel Rack allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase arrival. Merchandise will be subject to a15% restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Return of Defective Items
The Barrel Rack allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase arrival. Please include a detailed written description of the defect. Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing hardware. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Pack the item in its original packing materials.Write the Return Authorization number on an 8.5×11 sheet of paper and place it with the packing material.

It is strongly recommended that the return item be shipped via UPS or FEDEX insured service so your return shipment can be tracked.
Note: If you paid by credit card we will issue a credit to your credit card as soon as we receive your return. This credit will appear on your next credit card billing statement.
Shipping and Handling
An order containing less than three barrels most likely will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground delivery.
Orders of 3 or more barrels ship via motor freight to the 48 contiguous states only. The Barrel Rack requires a signature when your package is delivered. This is a safety measure designed to ensure that you receive your order. For example, if your package is simply left outside without your signature, the potential for loss increases considerably. We will be happy to ship to your place of business or another location that is more convenient for you.
In rare circumstances, extended delivery areas or extremely heavy groups of items may require additional freight charges. The Barrel Rack will evaluate the weight, distance and shipment location. Then we will call or e-mail you a shipping quote before your credit card is charged.
Please note: customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges.
